Here at GunMonster, we hope to change the way firearms and firearm related items are bought and sold on the internet. Here are some of our key features that we think you'll like as buys.

A safe trading community. We think it's important to make GunMonster a safer marketplace for all our members. Here are some of the initial steps we've taken to help protect our buyers...

• We only allow GunMonster members with a valid U.S. billing address to register as sellers. No international members are allowed to sell on our website.
• We require all sellers to place a valid credit or debit card on file during registration. We then use this information to help confirm their identity.
• We investigate every fraud complaint quickly and take appropriate action.
• We offer a feedback program where buyers and sellers can leave public comments about their trading experiences with fellow members.

A reasonable fee structure for our sellers. We've set our low commission fees with our buyers in mind too. We're hoping that the money sellers save on commission will mean lower prices for buyers.

A better auction experience. We've provided our sellers with the tools necessary to build informative and complete item listings. We know how important quality information can be when it comes time to click that bid button.

A friendly and informative community. We encourage our buyers to use our forum or search our National Gun Show List (it's a little light at the moment). Do you belong to a group or organization related to firearms or the outdoors? Let GunMonster provide your organization with its own private forum section just for your members to enjoy.

Top-notch customer service. We pride ourselves on some of the best customer service anywhere. This might sound crazy, but we believe emails should be answered quickly and accurately. After all, if you took the time to contact us, we should take the time to respond back. Anything less would be rude and unprofessional.
